I would have recommended a Wipe Partition Cache but as you've factory data reset your device, not sure thar will help.

When you set the device back up, did you use SmartSwitch or did you set it all up from scratch? If the latter, Wipe Partition Cache

I feel it hot in my hand. I use ampere to measure the temp. Its usually in mid 30s. How is your phone running. Is it nice and cool

@khan2001  Mid 30's is not considered excessive  but monitor it.   The phone will heat up  when multitasking ,using a lot of data  for syncing, using power intensive applications, downloading large files for instance. it is also best to avoid using phone when charging. obviously you have factory resetted,  not much else I can suggest at the moment.  if using power intensive applications may need to give it a  little time to cool down.

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.
