No, most people leave their phones on at night. Or the opposite, turning it off will do no harm either

No, rarely turning off your Samsung S23 at night won’t harm the battery. Restarting it occasionally can even help performance.

Always turn mine off at night to save battery no need to have it on when asleep. Unless you are monitoring your snoring using the microphone and samsung health but if you have a partner they usually tell you if you are with a quick nudge lol😂

On or off will likely make no difference in the long run, at least in terms of battery. However, I'd recommend not turning it off with charges above 80%.
