Hi, @Tomas255. It's important that you get your S23 Ultra's camera working as expected again.
Please can you elaborate on the specific issues that you have encountered with the front camera (e.g. the ways in which it is not working), and can you also confirm whether the engineer has actually inspected your phone to determine whether the repair is chargeable (or were you advised that it was likely to be a chargeable repair)?

Have you gone to Settings / Battery and device care / Diagnostics / Phone diagnostics?
Please write back when you learn what the issue was and how Samsung responded.
