Hi, @Leigh666. Congratulations on getting the amazing S23 Ultra! The free Watch5 seems to be an offer provided by your network provider. As it's not a Samsung offer, I don't know whether your network will send the Watch5 out with your new phone, or at a later date.
In many cases, the free gifts require you to submit a claim after receiving your phone. Occasionally, they will be bundled with the original order, or posted out after approximately 14-30 days (after the returns period).
I'd recommend reaching out to your network provider's Support Team for information about when you will receive your free gift.
