Free galaxy Buds 2 Pro

I bought Galaxy S23 Ultra on 04/06/2023 online directly from Samsung website. That time the offer was £200 cashback plus free Galaxy Buds 2 pro.

When I contacted the team on 17/06/2023, I was promised I will before 30 days from the purchase.

I did not received the galaxy buds 2 pro yet.

How should I proceed to get my free Galaxy Buds 2 pro.

The promotional buds should have been added to your order when purchasing the Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra.

Can you remember them being automatically added. Check your confirmation email from Samsung when you placed the order.

If so they are normally sent out around 30 days after the delivery of your phone depending on shipping times and stock availability. 

It can occasionally take a little longer than 30 days.

If yournot  sent them soon then I'd suggest to call Samsung Online Shop Team to follow them up @Members_a5UFYLx

Hi BandOfBrothers, Thanks.Automatically added, is what the site said at the point of purchase.Nothing to say ,not available.That is why I contacted them today, asking where they were.If I had been told I would not have bought the phone.

They are basically saying now via chat online ,that I won't get them at all, and here is a £15 voucher for your trouble! This is unacceptable,.I have contacted the Online shop team and they are looking into it...Will see how we get on there.
