Can someone help me to redeem a free charger for the S23? 

Was ordered in preorder. 

I don't have any charger can someone help me please? Thank you

Was the phone ordered direct with Samsung  ?

I ask as I'm not aware of any promotional freebies to go with the Samsung Galaxy s23

The phone does come with a data cable that you can use to charge the phone.

Samsung also sell charging bricks and wireless chargers.

Hi. At the moment of pre-ordering Samsung were not offering any free chargers, and the S23 series do not have one in the box.

I managed to buy one from Samsung.com, but it's out of stock again so keep checking. It's also on sale now

Unfortunately at pre order stage there were no promotional freebies suchbas charging bricks or earphones etc.
