Feature suggestion for routines to disable camera/microphone access

I'd like to suggest a feature that would make life easier for people like me who like to keep camera and microphone access disabled when not needed.
What I'd like to see is the possibility to create a routine to disable camera and microphone access so that I can link it to a button on the home screen.
The enable function wouldn't be needed because the os already prompts for activation of either thing when needed (for example when opening the camera app).
It'd be fine if the routine prompts the user for disabling camera/microphone access like it does with the quick panel buttons.
