It's entirely personal preference
Personally I want to see the full glory of my S23 Ultra. It's amazing technology and I'd be happy to see it and maybe lose a few percent of battery
I imagine having it so low on screen brightness, you'd be struggling to see what is on the screen outside anyway

@sarasphotobox Extra Dim is designed for using the phone in a Dark Environment, however the colour accuracy is compromised as a result  and I think should only be used if desired sparingly anyway.  The colour space of the output image is actually compressed.   personally I do not think the  Battery advantage is worth it.
