What are your thoughts on extra dim for s23 series.

Shall I turn it on for battery

Extra dim is great for dark environments. Being on your phone at night dimming the screen is certainly easier on the eyes. During the day using extra dim could make it too dark to be visible. Obviously not having brightness too high all the time will save battery. I don't use auto brightness myself and set the brightness to what suits me.

Personally I would want the best I can get from my display @sarasphotobox

I use Dark Mode.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512Gb in Phantom Black.

@sarasphotobox obviously depends what suits, may need a bit of experimentation. I agree though that extra Dim beneficial at night. Personally not a fan of Dark Mode during the day.
