Echos on others end when I use speaker phone or earbuds on my S23 Ultra

People keep complaining of them hearing themselves as echos when I call them, using my new S23 Ultra, on speaker phone or using my Samsung earbuds. I have to turn off speaker phone, or take off my earbuds and hold the phone to my ear so others stop hearing echos...

I must have speaker phone calling. This was not an issues with my older S8+

Speaker phone shouldn't turn on while you have earbuds connected

Does it happen with any calling app you have?

It does it on regular phone calls and on WhatsApp calls.  I hear them just fine, but they complain of echoes...

I'm usually on speaker phone, but even when I switch to earbuds it still does it. I'm also always on WiFi. I haven't tried it with wifi off.
