Do not use care plus insurance

Samsung care plus has cancelled my insurance and it's January nobody has been able to answer why and I find it truly shocking the big company like this country a disabled person this badly I want to fought Samsung was at the best but now I will not recommend because in the day they cannot be honest towards their customers about what's going on Chris southam

Can't promise that we can sort it all for you, but we'll happily have a look to see if we can find out what's been going on at the Samsung side of things and if there's anything we can do from here.

I been now trying to sort out Samsung care + as Samsung cancelled it I am disabled and struggling with this as I no good with words but no help from anyone and it make me fill that Samsung dose care and course me stress

You cannot speak to Samsung care plus only via the Samsung stars I know good with words and all I know is they stopped my policies a year ago in December they've taken out extra money that I do not know why they keep asking for more money but cannot tell me why I just don't understand what is going on all I want is an insurance that covers my phone my tablets and my daughter's phones but I just feel that I've been let down this has been going on for 12 months now and nobody will take on us to the problem

There not saying anything that the problem and won't deal with the cab cos the new laws in this country so I lost my money and struggling now I only able message here via voice text

Do not use this as no one is honest with you cancelled my policy and take mouth to talk to you and then just say we send a text saying there live to me that not good enough this the last straw for me I disabled and it make want end my life cos live now a struggle and when a big company like this won't sort it out be open I won't be use Samsung after my contract run out as I fill I be let down and left me this afternoon in tears thank you for make my life hard

@madchris  sorry if things are really tough.  You posted about Samsung Care plus a few weeks ago and Moderators said they could look into for you,did you take up the offer ?
