I purchased S23 Ultra in November, under the Samsung terms and conditions this qualifes for 12 months Disney + Premuim, however when i claimed it the code is only for the standard package (i asked Disney to check my code).
Now it is impossible to speak to anybody, and i cant claim again once a code is generated, however i am not getting the correct product.......help !!

@Banny99 Can you confirm where you purchased your S23 Ultra from? We have two offers running at the same time for the Standard plan and the Premium plan. Are you selecting the right promotion?
