Claiming free ear buds

Hi I purchased Samsung galaxy s23 on the 15th of April from o2 and it comes with free ear buds, I've waited 30 days like they said to receive authentic code sms but nothing. I've just rang the shop I picked the phone up from and they now said you have to claim directly from Samsung has anyone got any link's to claim please 🙏

@lilihomerstone: This promotion was specific to EE, and has no affiliation with Samsung directly. Having looked into this on the EE website, the Buds2 Pro in Graphite should have been delivered to your account address within 15-30 days of the purchase date, as you mentioned, however this was subject to availability, while stocks last. If this was not the case, then please contact EE support, where an advisor will be able to shed further light on this for you.

I'm still waiting for my ear buds, O2 staff in bury st edmunds say its an offer by Samsung, Samsung say its o2, what's happening? Who do I go to claim them? I had a promotional code & it did not work, was told I'd receive another within 48 hours, guess what, still waiting. That was 10 days ago! Awful service too, not valued as a loyal o2 customer for many years!

Hi I bought my galaxy s23+ from Curry's store on September 19,2023 At that time the ear bud free with the phone up to 10th of October. I have been to the Curry's shop at North Quay, Lowestoft. I spoken to at least 4 sales assistant. I was told I have to wait 28 days if I don't change my mind then they will deliver it to my address. Since then I am still waiting, my phone gone over 28 days, but I haven't receive the ear bud yet. Can you tell me what is going on? Thank you!!

I bought a phone from EE. And the staff said that I am supposed to get my free earbuds within 14 days of purchase..... but I am yet to get the text to claim that
