I got bounced between Samsung and O2 both claiming it was the others problem. awful service, if you are going to run promotions to get people to buy your products or through you at least honour the contract/ Currently closing down my O2 account!

@johal25: We are not currently running a promotion which offers a set of free Galaxy Buds with purchases of the Galaxy S23 series. With this in mind, I recommend getting back in touch with Three Mobile, as this is likely to be a third party promotion that they will need to honour.

@SamD66: This is likely to be a third party promotion, and not affiliated directly with ourselves. Having checked samsung.com, there is no mention of a Buds2 Pro promotion with the Galaxy S23 Ultra, and this is where any active promotions would be visible. @AndrewL: If this is a third party promotion why does it indicate that it is a Samsung ad at the bottom of the panel and when I click on it, it takes me to the Samsung site? Would you agree that on the face of it, it appears to look more like an attempt to deceive customers.
