Claiming free ear buds

Hi I purchased Samsung galaxy s23 on the 15th of April from o2 and it comes with free ear buds, I've waited 30 days like they said to receive authentic code sms but nothing. I've just rang the shop I picked the phone up from and they now said you have to claim directly from Samsung has anyone got any link's to claim please 🙏

I got bounced between Samsung and O2 both claiming it was the others problem. awful service, if you are going to run promotions to get people to buy your products or through you at least honour the contract/ Currently closing down my O2 account!

Go to samsung and enter the code in the promotion box and the price of 219 pound will be deducted so i read on the samsung site try that pal and let us all know how you get on hopefully you get your buds im still waiting on a txt

@johal25: We are not currently running a promotion which offers a set of free Galaxy Buds with purchases of the Galaxy S23 series. With this in mind, I recommend getting back in touch with Three Mobile, as this is likely to be a third party promotion that they will need to honour.

Having checked samsung.com, there is no mention of a Buds2 Pro promotion with the Galaxy S23 Ultra, and this is where any active promotions would be visible. @AndrewL: If this is a third party promotion why does it indicate that it is a Samsung ad at the bottom of the panel and when I click on it, it takes me to the Samsung site?  Would you agree that on the face of it, it appears to look more like an attempt to deceive customers.

I purchased a Samsung S23 on 4th July l, I was told by EE that I would receive them within 15 to 30 days, I did not then I was told to contact Samsung directly. I would appreciate it if you could assist me with this.
