Black dot

I seem to have a black ⚫️ button appear in the top middle of my phone screen. Anyone know how to get rid of it please? I've tried camera settings and it's not that. Thanks.

Can you provide a picture of what you have?
Is it something small or larger?

Is it maybe the front camera aperture ?

If its the camera. Go to settings, display and camera cut out

It won't show up on a screen shot. It's the size of the camera about the size of the profile pictures on here. I've been through camer settings but can't find anything.

Hi - if it is the camera aperture then no you can't "remove it " as is a physical camera lens As per some of the other replies - in Settings- Display - Front camera lens you can set each app to show a black bar across the top of the screen to disguise it a bit
