Anyone else with the S23 ultra not seeing the latest new look layout of Android Auto when connected to the car?

My wife with the S23 (regular) has the new layout on Android Auto when connected to the car. Samer car.. 

It's quite annoying as I was loving the new android auto layout with my s21 ultra before I updated to the s23 ultra.

It doesn't have anything to do with the phone, it's a server side thing that Google have to enable. Annoying I know.

I cannot even get my s23 ultra to connect.  my note 20 works perfectly

Coolwalk is a server side update so Google will switch it on they are doing it in stages
