Turning off some features will have an impact on Battery @sarasphotobox

So yes you may see a small change in usage.

@sarasphotobox  yes will help Battery a bit  but would not imagine  result in a major difference.  some folk though will send large files over RCS  (the more advanced messaging service)

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

You need rich communications to be turned on, with out that you won't receive your messages.
4g volte is to do with your network signal settings. Most network providers are switching over to 5g and 2g/3g will eventually be switched off soon.

You're very welcome @sarasphotobox

I also don't use voLTE or RCS.

3g is already started being turned off

2g is voice so that probably won't get turned off or older phone would stop working

You don't need RCS to receive messages. If you have it turned off you will send and receive standard SMS messages but with RCS turned on, you are able to do much more than standard SMS/MMS such as more robust file sharing etc.
