Sorry for writing in English. I have bought Galaxy S23 base varient in prebook Last year. Since, I have bought it I am facing issues with the network, it suddenly looses the network and saysno SIM detected in the device. I have to restart it every thime and sometimes reinstall the SIM. Initially, I thought it might be network provider issues but I have read some of the issues same like this from other users. So, I enquired to the network supplier and they are saying this must be device issue.So, I have reset the network setting multiple time but the same thing is happening.I have tried using same SIM in other device and it looks absolutely working for me. So, it is the device problem.Can someone suggest that How can I use warrenty claim on this!?

Thank you for suggesting. I purchased it from Samsung online store in 16 February, 2023. It was pre-booking purchase.

Also, wenn es ein bekannter Fehler ist, und noch Garantie auf dem Gerät ist,Samsung kontaktieren, und um Reparatur oder um einen Austausch bieten. Begründung da es ein defektes Gerät ist, und eine Netzwerkverbindung nicht aufrecht gehalten werden kann.
.....Translate.....if it is a known fault and the device is still under warranty, contact Samsung and offer a repair or replacement. Reason because it is a defective device and a network connection cannot be maintained.
