I have done a pre-order of the S23 Ultra from Samsung.de. But now I have found a Great deal somewhere else. So I want to cancel my Pre-order from Samsung, and grab the other one.
Normally, you could do this from the shop itself. However this is limited until they prepare for shipping I believe. Just go to your orders in the shop and see if you still have the button to cancel. Otherwise I don't know.
Another possibility may be to get the phone and return it.
