Thank you for your message about this. I will help you further! If this still happens after restarting your S23 and deleting the cache you can send in an error report via the Samsung Members-app to my colleagues of the R&D department. They can investigate this. and when this can be resolved by an update this will be rolled out as soon as possible.
Feel free to let us know if submitting the report succeeded and keep us updated.
