Good morning. When the phone is newly setup, the battery usually takes 2 weeks to learn your usage patterns and to stabilise.
SOT is very subjective and depends upon which apps are used, screen brightness level, whether mobile data or Wi-Fi is used for internet, if 5G is turned on, etc.
Have you checked in Device care if any app is using excessive battery?
Also, was the phone set up as new or did you transfer apps and settings from your old phone via Smart Switch?

Smart Switch is known to cause issues, especially when settings and apps are copied over. If possible, reset the phone and set it up as a new phone. Check if this helps. Only copy back documents and media. Samsung apps and services can be synced and restored from Samsung Cloud and WhatsApp from Google Drive ( dont forget to backup).
