Hello.

I have purchased an S23 Ultra 3 months ago but while using it i noticed that i never had a good reception !

I use 2 sims and both of them are struggling , usually its 1 bar and mobile internet of course its terrible .

I did everything i could , reset , changed the sim but nothing .

At the same time i tried the sim cards on other phones and i have excellent reception , so it's not the place i live or something else , what's left is that i have a  faulty device , in that case what should i do?

I have the same on my S22+, but only at home. When I am outside, I get very good signal.

Have you checked using Samsung Members app > Diagnostics > Diagnose phone, if the SIMs are working fine?

If the signal strength is low everywhere (home and outside), then you can get the phone checked at Samsung Service center or send it for repair.

The signal is the same everywhere inside / outside .

No , i haven't checked although i checked them to another mobile phone and both of them have excellent reception calling and mobile internet.

Most probably i will get it checked because the phone its not very usuable like this
