I have never had problems before with connecting to my headphones with bluetooth. Since yesterday suddenly i cannot connect anymore with my headphones. I also tried to connect with other devices trough bluetooth but it was "cannot connect". If I do a diagnostic of bluetooth it says that it is normal.
Does anyone have the same problem and can samsung maybe look to it because it is really annoying?

Hallo @Daan0072001,

Thank you for your message. Is your S23 fully up-to-date and have you also tried resetting you network settings? You can also try restarting the S23 first. Let me know if it works.

With kind regards,

Ajay

1) Phone is up to date.

2) Phone has been restarted

3) Ongoing issue of having to unpair and re-pair devices constantly.

4) Issue has been going on for the past 2-3 months

5) Even the re-pair does not work.

Hallo @Avanaka,

Thank you for your message. Do you have this issue also with connecting other devices to your phone? Have you also cleared the cache of your phone through the recovery menu and resetting the network settings?

With kind regards,

Ever since the updates from 12 onwards there are issues with Bluetooth but also with the ability to clear cache in Bluetooth app. This is not an option because it is greyed out.

The only other option is a factory reset, which respectfully, is not an option. No solution should involved factory reset as firmware updates and other should have been able to verify there were no issues to begin with before their rollout.

Thank you for your response Avanaka,

Have you also tried clearing the cache through the Recovery menu. If not, turn the device off, then press the power button and volume up at the same time until the Samsung logo appears. Then let go of both buttons. You are now in recovery mode, scroll down until you see "clear cache" and select it. Then reboot. Let me lnow it this works.

With kind regards,

Ajay
