Very similar situation im in. Had to wait a month from 14th February, delivery 14th March. No phone and no updates other than " heading to your country" over a week ago

Well surprise surprise... It's been over 24 hours and they didn't "Give me an update" like promised... They just wanted me off the phone, clearly. Which isn't like Samsung at all!

Oh, in my experience it's very much like Samsung. They will say anything to get you off the phone, up to and including outright lies.

I agree. I've had Samsung for 17 years, last 5 years on all the new phones I've had problems. Very bad customer service, they don't actually put themselves in your situation and do something about it they just send standardised messages. They don't even care about long time customers.

Definitely THE WORST COMPANY EVER! 4 months busy with reparation of a monitor for second time now I have to send it, took me weeks just to reach customer support. They've sent monitor back full of finger prints and sand, the parts were just dumped onto monitor. Now the monitor has some kind of toxic burning smell! Never Again! Never a samsung again. I'm dumping this garbage into garbage!

Hello guys. Keep posting so Samsung understands that it is no point being arrogant towards us customers just because theyre so big as a company in total. One should treat their customers well instead of sending them to one department and then sending them to another one starting the correspondance all over again, replying late and the most annoying THING OF ALL, just answering with standarized machine answers for most of the requests. I have had a Samsung phone since Samsung Galaxy S then S2, S3, S4... S22+ now. The last 2 phones I have had, meaning S21 5G and now S22 5G has had loads of problems. I am not saying they should treat their costumers very differently but at least give som service to a customer thats been supporting you and talked well of you for 17 years!!! They just keep sending me from one place to another place and I, I, I need to write all over again into the new department??.... Then what is the point of Samsung Members app etc if when you send something in the app and talk to someone through the app, replying back and forth many times, then they tell you to make contact with another department and on top you get standarized replies as though they dont put themselves in my position? No compensation for all the documentes errors on my phone either. Its just crazy and extremely bad.

I have had a more Trimble experience. I bought the family hub. Went from 5-10 days delivery to 2 months. Then I had to return it and get a refund before I order a new fridge (definitely not from Samsung) and it has taken them another 2 months!!!!!! All overseas operators that don’t know what the hell is happening except from notes on the system!!!!!
never buy from Samsung online again!!!
