Agreed, incredibly difficult to contact anyone, to supply information or even complete a discussion without being kicked off.
Agents do not help you, do not take any action to book a service or contact you if you get disconnected.
Essentially they appear to be trying to make you give up.
Stay away from Samsung, or you will regret getting involved.
Ridiculously terrible.

I’ve been waiting on a refund from a service call that was never performed on my Samsung appliance. It’s been over 3 months. No call back from supervisors, no emails, no information what-so-ever. Last contact with them was a week ago. I will never purchase a Samsung product again. Horrible customer service.

Took me 2.5 years to resolve my fridge. Absolutely a joke. I will never buy anything Samsung again.

Took me 2.5 yrs to resolve my fridge issue. When they finally deliver, their company ANC damaged the fridge and my front door to bring in the family hub fridge. Then that took another 7 months to resolve. Honestly never everrrrr will I put myself in the situation to deal with Samsung again. I would advise every one to refrain from buying any of their products.

That escalation took 2.5 years to resolve. A load of ***** to keep you waiting time after time. Make a complaint to the telecommunications ombudsman.
