So with the new update I cannot do WiFi calling, the office is in a basement in London, wifi calling fine, update phone now not working.
Turned it off and on, restarted phone.

Since having this update I have had nothing buy issues, feel like throwing my phone in the bin, issue after issue

I take it you've gone into the phone app
Tapped on the 3 dots on the top right and gone into settings
Make sure wifi calling is on.
Maybe try forgetting the wifi network and signing back into it
Also make sure your network provider has or can reactivate it as well. Or if you have an App that you can activate it in there.
Got to say that it seems OK for me so far

Sometimes the phone may need to have its Partition Cache cleared as this can remedy a number of issues

Hi, @Mbfrenchbulldogs. The instructions to Wipe cache partition on the S22 Series of smartphones are shown on various threads within this board. For your convenience, the topic below contains a post by @JAMES4578 that helpfully provides these steps:

Wiping cache partition fixes some of the
bugs and improve performance by
removing unwanted cache files.

Turn off your phone.

Connect your phone with a USB cable
to PC or another Samsung mobile

You will see the charging icon on your screen.
Wait till it shows charging with battery percentage.

Next, press and hold the Volume up and Side key simultaneously.
You can press the volume up button just before the Side key.
The Samsung Logo followed by
Samsung Galaxy appears on the
screen.

At this point, release the keys
Phone will boot into Android Recovery mode

In Android recovery mode, using Volume keys, choose "Wipe Cache
Partition" .

Then press Side Key to Confirm by selecting "Yes" and then press Side Key

You get "cache wipe complete" at the
bottom of the screen
Restart the phone to complete the
process

Hello @Mbfrenchbulldogs, are you using an esim? I had issues through Beta and now live with my Z Fold 4 on esim. I've decided to go back to a physical SIM, because as soon as I switch my unconfigured sim on, Wi Fi Calling reappears in phone settings.
Just hope this doesn't wreck my One Number connection to my watch.
