It should be L1 otherwise you can't get Netflix and Amazon etc in HD. Rebooting the phone puts it back to L1 but it goes back to L3 again after a day or two. With Netflix it seems to stay on L3 though.

Same exact issue. Can't watch Prime or HBO or Netflix in HD it's UNACCEPTABLE FOR A FLAGSHIP!!

Interestingly enough Prime is showing hdr and 4k as available while Netflix is stuck on L3

If you delete the Netflix app and reinstall it, it seems to go back to L1. Very strange.

Strange indeed. I restarted the phone then removed and reinstalled Netflix and it shows L1 !

It stayed on L1 since I removed and reinstalled Netflix last month. All through few reboots and firmware upgrade

You have to uninstall, rebouteux and reinstall the app and it goes back to l1
