Video call (Whatsapp/Signal) on S22 causes lagging, over heat and battery drop

I just got my S22 Exynos for about 2 weeks. Today I made a video call with the Signal messaging application for about 100 minutes. I see 3 major problems:

  1. The phone was pretty warm, over the threshold of the Thermal Guardian App. The CPU usage of the phone during the video call is about 45-50%.
  2. When I tried to go to the home screen during the video call, everything was very laggy. All Animations were lag, Applications took seconds to open. I thought it was the battery saver modus, but it was not! Even with turning off the energy saver, the situation does not change. I then tried video calling with Whatsapp, still very lag on the home screen.
  3. Battery drops from around 75% to 35%. I think this is too much!

I installed the application Battery Guardian, could it be because of this application, that makes the phone so laggy?

Has anyone faced the same issues with video calling?

It really badly heats p. I have s22 and in group video call it was really hot plate. I cannot even hold it properly due to heat.
