I've received over 10 verification  codes, supposedly from Samsung, in about 30 minutes, same yesterday. Anyone know why? I'm not requesting them.

Depends on how you are receiving the notifications. Best not to click on those notifications as it may look like it's from Samsung
Have you downloaded any new apps or clicked on any new links. As it looks like someone is trying to access an account.
Personally I'd first of all go into battery and device care. Do a security scan.
Probably best if you have access to maybe a computer to access the account and change the password. Setting up Two Step Varification will be a very good idea as well.

Did you login into your Samsung account from a browser or a different device?

One can get a few of them at the same time if the main device was accessible at the time of login into your Samsung Account.

What were the verification codes for?

Technology enthusiast, but not related to any technological company.

@shas07: If you haven't signed in to your Samsung account on a new device recently, then I recommend changing your password for some peace of mind. If you have a Samsung mobile device, enable Wi-Fi or Mobile Data, then head to Settings > Tap on your profile at the top of the screen > Security and Privacy > Password, and follow the on screen prompts. Alternatively, please follow the link below via an internet browser to find the necessary steps for resetting your password.
