How long before Samsung pay klarna when sending old phone back on the upgrade program.I sent my s21 back 2 and a half weeks ago and they have received it according to tracking but not heard anything yet no emails to say they have it or anything.

I got my notification that the trade in was completed after 5 weeks. Got no notification of them receiving the trade in phone either. I guess you only get the trade in completed email unless there is an issue
