So I put a message out a while ago, my nfc payments no longer work. Whenever I do an update my phone just restarts for 30+ minutes and then this appears occasionally. 

Has anyone else had this problem?

I had this this weekend and samsung have said its a motherboard problem that would need to be repaired at my expense.

I did manage to get it out of this loop by putting it into recovery mode while it's plugged into a computer and then boot into bootloader let it sit on that screen for 15minutes then restart it

I have a door step repair coming next week and they told me it's a hardware problem and wouldn't need to pay as its still classed as under warranty

Is it less than 2 years old?

Yeah I got it January last year

Lucky, mine is 2 year 8months old and they said I'd have to pay as its out of warranty. When they fix it would you mind posting back on here as to what they say they replace?

I will do. If they can't fix then I'll just wait until January to update anyways

Not good. Do you have any idea what caused it, or was it totally out of the blue?

Mine was completely out of the blue phone still in perfect condition no scratches never been dropped and in a hard case cover since I got it. The error logs say it fails to mount the cache or something like that but can't understand why it's happening with other people's phones.Samsung service centre said they seen it with other s22 series phones as well.
