Is anyone having issues with their s22 series phones since the latest update? Mine keeps freezing and lagging really bad, so does my sisters

No issues whatsoever. Try clearing phone cache

Happened to mine I've cleared the Phone cache and that's seem to work or you could try to repair apps that would definitely work
