Hiya all

I've been trying to do the latest software up date, it attempts to download and then fails. I get the message below every time. I've got plenty of storage space, my Internet is fine so I'm at a loss of how to fix this! Any suggestions?

Try with smart switch and pc. Although, it sounds, to me, like your connection is causing the issue

Hi, try disconnecting your VPN & then try updating to see if that helps.

Battery needs to be over 40% if I remember correctly

Yea Im pretty sure it does. Maybe update it after charging and see if that helps.

Hi @Chelle41  It is likely due to insufficient charge as has been stated,some sites suggest  70% minimum is recommended. Some tips in this article https://www.nextpit.com/what-to-do-before-an-android-update   Best to charge first before going down the Smart Switch route
