UK order - online color - still processing, deliver in two days??

I'm getting very concerned my order for an S22 is a scam. I placed an order 12 Feb, says my delivery will be Sat 12 March. Yet the order has been sitting at customisation complete four days now. I struggle to see how it will be packaged -> in country -> delivered in 2.5 days when dpd don't even have it yet.
 
How could I get a true update on the status my order as the email confirmation also said Galaxy Fold.
 
Is anyone else in the same concerning situation? Hard to get excited when you expect to be let down after a four week wait.

Give the Samsung Online Shop Team a call on 03307267467 @Shirlzz 

They'll access your order to confirm.

I suspect the details showing a Fold is a mistype error.

Unfortunately with Exclusive colour orders these can have extended delivery schedules.

I hope you get your phone ASAP.

Yes I had the Z Fold 3 details. They have somehow got the emails saying this. Just an error they haven't fixed.
Mine is the same and supposed to be delivered tomorrow
Nothing on my DPD app.
If it doesn't arrive, I shall be looking at cancelling and getting my money back.
Waited 4 weeks now. So either go with a different colour or not bother at all.
Just no communication from them about my order at all now.
Have messaged Samsung Help on twitter and see what they have to say

I'm interested in what they say.
I feel the same. Ready to cancel. 4 weeks was already a long enough wait to not prepare for a phone they had a plan for.
Then no communication. Sales is better than customer service.

I've ordered the same day 12th Feb but I don't know where to track the order, can someone please guide me to where to check

Problem is that if I wait too long. I lose interest.
That looking forward to it feeling dissappears quickly for me and I move on.
So maybe wait an extra day or two and that's it for me

Samsung will lose a lot of loyal customers because of this, no customer service skills whatsoever, the girl I spoke to yesterday just palmed it off as one of those things, mine was also supposed to be delivered today the 10th, but nothing, nothing from DPD, Samsung still saying its in transit so can't check where its currently at
