hi right now im trying to recover data off my old phone (s22) and put it on my new phone (also s22) but i cant put in my password to connect to computer because my screen is broken and when i look it up or check support it just says put in password but the screen is completely unresponsive and black

@Shayne99: If you don't have any luck with the steps provided above, then you may wish to use Find My Mobile to back up your data to Samsung Cloud, then recover it on your new Galaxy S22. To find out more, please take a look at the link below.
