transfering to another new phone

Hi I have a Galaxy A20e phone and have been bought a S22 for my birthday. I have no idea how to transfer everything from the A20e over to the S22. I am a pensioner with no IT skills.

Can somebody please send me easy to understand instructions so that I can do this for myself.

You can use Smartswitch App to transfer over from old to new.
My recommendation would be to use a cable rather than wirelessly transfer.
Once you have Smartswitch App on both phones. It will guide you through the process and you can select what you want to have on the new phone

@victorsj  I take it your are not familiar with Smart Switch but it should be a smooth process.  Like @Glenntech  I think the cable method would be best. An alternative would be take it to a store where you network provider is from and ask they help you.

Vodafone used to help you with it and I am sure other providers will too
