Still can't use my new phone almost 5 months after receiving it. Samsung customer service is totally disgusting. My new phone that I paid over £1000 for is just sitting there in the box.
Will never buy anything from Samsung ever again.

If you have not returned your existing device within the allotted time period after receiving your new phone, then you should have received a notification from the Trade In Team, either on the phone itself or via email, with instructions on how to unlock the device.
