Static in speakers

Hi approx once a day I'm getting static or muffled sound from.my speakers. Is anyone else experiencing this. Have to restart phone to fix the sound.

Hi, @Zayn1304. Hmm, that's very strange indeed. Does the static or muffled sound happen randomly or whilst using a particular app?

Moreover, how long have you been experiencing this issue on your S22?

Hi Paul. Yes Paul seems to happen Randomly atleast once a day. Everything's muffled or distorted even when receiving calls it happens. Noticed it about 2 weeks ago.

@Zayn1304 I recommend testing the function of your speakers by performing a hardware test. To do this:

1. Head to the Support section of the Members app.
2. Select 'View tests' underneath the Diagnostics heading.
3. Speaker

Does the issue occur whilst performing the test?
