Speakerphone Volume

When I ring someone and put it on loud speaker, the volume is very low, even on full volume. How can I increase its level... any ideas? Thank you.

Please ensure that you really are using loud speaker, not onle earphone speaker.

Next, you can run application Members, there is a dignostic tool. You can check how loud the loud speaker is. If it is quiet, try cleaning it and check again.

If it doesn't help, restart the phone in safe mode and check again. If it is OK, there is an application which has impact of loudness. Youo have to find it or do a factory reset.

If nothing helps, you have to contact a service.

Have you tried increasing the volume during a call? AFAIK this is the only way to increase call volume.

With the volume controls on the side of the phone.

I've got the same problem and it's a software problem. There is a test the phone can do and there are two speakers I think and with me one isn't working right so I think I need to go to the Samsung shop for a new speaker or software update
