I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra, I have done a software update and since then the sound isn't good (perhaps a coincidence) . The speaker in the phone works great. If I connect to headphones the sound is great. Any idea?
@Ken Adams : While you're on a call, please try pressing the Volume Up button on the side of your S22 Ultra to increase the call volume. If this is already at max volume, then please head to the Samsung Members app > Press and hold on the app icon > Diagnostics > Speaker, and follow the on-screen instructions. Are you able to hear the sample song clearly through the in-call speaker during this test?
