Finally, I have succeeded in finding the appropriate solution to the problem of  mobile data  in my phone. All you have to do is replace the SIM card with another one, because I tried all the methods and I did not succeed with any method other until replacing the SIM card.

Sometimes the sim card itself can fail in many ways so yes a sim swap carried out by your network onto a blank sim card can help @Galaxy S 22

Im skeptical only because the sim works on another phone without issues

Yes, I was finding the same thing, and when I swapped the SIM card, my phone data came back even though it was working on another phone. Try it, you might succeed .
