I would suggest to keep an eye on site's such as sammobile.com as they have good knowledge and information.

As this is still currently in Beta Programme Stage I wouldn't expect the global release fkr a few months yet @coolvirus

Latest guess it will be later this year, still trying to sort out all the bugs in the animations even in the beta 3 before it may be released. Best keep looking at Sammobile for further information of any updates.
