SG Ultra 22 - Anyone still having issues with theirs after the latest update? Random reboot have started for mine again.

Hi is anyone still having issues with there SG 22 Ultra, mine has been OK again for 2 weeks, then do an software update and 2 days later the random reboot starts again.

Yep mine done it last night, and I fully wiped my phone and started again without using smart switch, thought it had fixed it but alas no it rebooted by itself again, just keep sending crash reports via this app when it happens to Samsung.
Hopefully the will do a software update to fix this mess.

I personally I think it is not worth sending the phone in for repair as I think it is a software issue and also you could be waiting for months till you get the phone back and I bet it would still not be fixed until they issue a software fix...

Thanks again for the reply, I have already taken it into Samsung shop and they wiped it, I then started all again, I done a software update on Saturday then 2 days later it keeps crashing again. I'm now thinking to change the phone as I can't rely on this phone anymore. I won't be pee ordering any phone from Samsung again.

How many days can you go without a crash? mine is about two days.. and it then can randomly crash even when I am not using the phone.
In regards changing the phone I too have thought about this but I do really like the S22 Ultra what with the fantastic camera etc that's why I am hoping a software fix will sort it out, I think the S21 when through all these random reboots at launch from what I can gather too.

Mine was 2 days then random crashing, it's now done it 2 times in an hour, I feel like I don't trust it and waiting for the reboot all the time when I'm on it. It was fine for 2 Weeks then as requested by Samsung to wait a couple of weeks when I new update comes out before I install it, the phone is great but the reboot thing is really testing me now. Keep me posted mate and I will do the same. 😀

Hi Update: Have taken phone back to Samsung and I'm getting a new mother board as they now say it could br a hardware problem, using my old SG10 until I get me 22 back, its annoying having to keep setting up phone... 3 times now.

I was thinking of doing the same it crashed two times yesterday, did they say how long it will take to get a replacement? God I hope your new one works better.. seems like it is not just a software problem as lots of other people would be complaining.

They did not give me a time should be soon, they have to order the parts, then fix it, they indicated a week maybe, this old phone still works brilliant with no problems. 😀

In some ways I wish I didn't upgrade I was using the note 10 plus and it has been great though that was there snapdragon version that I imported.
Hope things go good with your new phone when you get it please keep me informed with what's happening as I might be doing the same too. Also have you been running stock UI or have you been using say Nova launcher as I find using that causes it to crash even more.
