Secure folder

Hi all I just had to factory reset my phone and my secure folder didn't get backed up is there anything I can do to recover this please

Hi, I don't think there is anymore. I think the only thing you can do with the secure folder before a factory reset is to uninstall it, you then have an option to move any media files from the secure folder back to the device during the unistall process and then you can do a factory reset.

Samsung stopped backing up secure folder. You need to manually back up to a cloud drive like make an email address for secure folder for example.

Yes unfortunately Secure Folder Back Up was removed in January 2021, users can restore a Back up that was  taken prior to that date. Would need to move the data out and sync to Cloud storage or move to PC/external Drive.
