Screen problem

Hi wonder if you can help my s pen doesn't work on part of the screen any way of fixing this. As you can see in picture thanks

Do you use a case with magnets? If so remove the case and see if it still has the same issue.

Use diagnostics to confirm it's not the app. If it fails diagnostic check contact Samsung. Diagnostics is in the Samsung Members app under help tab.

Yh it's most likely a folio case that has magnets. It will affect the spen

Cheers thanks I've removed the case will the screen return to normal

It may take a power cycle or two. Is the case an official Samsung product? If so that's a really bad design flaw
