Screen dimming when on headset call.

Hi Folks,

I am using a Bluetooth headset with my phone in my office. Sometime is on a long call my screen dims when I need access to it. How do I stop the screen from dimming please?

I think this is a built in setting to help with battery drain @MikeBH
