Scanning documents with flash not cutting

When scanning a document with a flashl the document never gets cut automatically and I have to adjust it by myself, works normally without the flash.

Anybody else?

You point is? I often Scan document and some time it detects it, at times it doesnt? When I say often I am talking once a month.

So.....stop using the flash

It's not like I've hacked the app and put the flash there. It serves the purpose, I want to use it but it's broken. I'm asking people for experience, I've reported the issue.

I am not saying you hacked it, I'm saying detection isn't always available or the tech isn't able to detect it

Its just life, nothing is perfect

It needs to improve/be fixed. As an user I should just be like " I'll buy your expensive device and not report an issue ".
