incompetent customer service..they only tell you lies every day and are unable to give you a concrete answer ... you see that they don't care about their customers

Thank you for confirming the phone's particulars @Anonymous User 

Looking at the Samsung Online Shop Site that phone is in stock so isn't on a delay so I can only assume it's the return process and then allocation of the new phone that's causing the delay.

I shared the same experience that @Anonymous User had. They lied to us and customer service is purely incompetent.

One can find a nice representative but in general they have been awful. Hanging up and calling again? One can be waiting around an hour or more for someone to answer. It is something that I would not do voluntarily, even though one is forced to do it because after waiting for a long period the call get disconnected.
