I've owned my Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra Exynos soc since launch date and all has been seamless @sammy1998
However this does not diminish issues people have had with their phone.
Android is open source so sometimes an app , theme or launcher etc can have a negative impact if something clashes with another.
It's not always the soc.
That said people seem to prefer Qualcomm Snapdragon which can provide a better optimised experience thus in some case's providing longer battery usage time's and in some cases a more optimised seamless user experience.
I've used both soc and have no issue with both.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
