Samsung s22 ultra promotion

Hi ordered a Samsung s22 ultra from Samsung online on Feb 12th 2022 I traded in my Samsung galaxy s20 ultra. They have received my old phone but I can't get my Disney +  or the galaxy buds Pro. When I try to claim it says the imei on my new phone is invalid. And tried to claim the buds tonight and it says that the date is invalid. Any help from someone would be much appreciated.

Hi, the only way I could get them to accept the IMEI number was to take a scan of the phone when it was displaying the number and download it through the claim form but suspect you might have already done that. Samsung have been terrible to deal with over these promotions and should have just sent them out with the order rather than making everyone make a claim.

Did what you said and got a email from Samsung saying that I will get my buds in 45 days

I had to do the same after buying my S22 Ultra that got delivered on April 14. I had to upload the IMEI and got my Buds yesterday.
As far as the Disney+ claim, I couldn't complete the online form since the age confirmation tick box could not be completed. There was a claim deadline of 22 April so I emailed as many support email ids as I could, with screenshots of the form completed but for the age verification, and I got a code emailed back to me.
